SHIPPING / RETURNS / DAMAGE/COMMENTS
Open your package as soon as you receive it!
If there is any reason that you are not satisfied contact our customer service center immediately.

Before you contact us make sure that you have:
1- Your order number
2- Any shipping reference numbers
3- Your credit card info.
SHIPPING
�We do not ship to P.O. boxes
�We only ship to the billing address
�Your package will always be insured for its retail value
�Your shipping charge will always be included in your invoice total.
�Your order will be packaged the best way that we feel is right to get it to you right.
�If you have ordered multiple items and they are not all available for shipment at the same we will notify you to make the decision on whether to ship the order incomplete or wait until everything is available. This will not affect your shipping charges.
�You may use your own shipper. Simply give us your shipper�s account number.
�To check on the shipping status of your order, login to your account and all info that you may require should be there. If not, contact customer service@Frameartgalleries.com.
RETURNS
We strive to make you completely satisfied but, from time to time something that you
ordered is not what you thought it would be. We will gladly accept your return within 14 days after your shipping date. You can either exchange it or get a refund (we cannot refund shipping charges).
If you choose to exchange your product, you will A- be charged for the difference if it�s more B- credited the difference it�s less or C- be issued a credit to use at a later date.
Your product must be returned in the original packaging. NO EXCEPTIONS
DAMAGE
If damage has occurred in shipping, please contact the shipper directly.
They will notify us as to how it will be handled. Do not contact us prior to talking to your shipper first.
PAYMENT/DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Money Orders drawn on U.S. funds. We do not accept cash. This applies to U.S. and international customers as well.
COMMENTS
Your comments are very important to us. They give us insight as to what we are doing right and what we can do to improve. Every comment, good or bad, is reviewed at a weekly management meeting. Please include your email address or your telephone number with any comments.
